With the days and most nights getting cooler, here's a beautiful bread recipe to try now or later on for those of you still having hot, humid weather. It's a great White Bread recipe from a blog I follow, Old Farmhouse Cooking. They are part of a team, the Old Farmhouse Gathering. Here is the direct link to the recipe and their photo of the bread:

They said it's the best bread recipe they've ever tried. (They are right!) Mr. Glen Oaks is an avid baker when he's not out in the workshop, and his bread looks just like a picture when it comes out of the oven. As a matter of fact, all of his pastries and cakes look like pictures, I don't know how he does it. Mom and I burn things. Miserably. Ruined. You get the idea...
Off to start dinner (that I can do).
